1. Strategic Website
As part of the overall strategy, we redesigned and optimized Cercasel’s website. The goal: to create a modern, intuitive user experience with clear architecture tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences—while staying true to the brand’s identity.
A standout element was the development of a custom online quoting system—an industry-first at the time. This tool allowed users to request quotes quickly and accurately, becoming a key lead generation channel.
We amplified this with Google Ads (SEM) campaigns focused on high-intent, industry-specific keywords. The result? A steady stream of quote requests and a conversion rate close to 20%, making this a highly profitable acquisition channel.
2. Social Media
We led the launch and management of Cercasel’s Social Media channels. The strategy focused on showcasing products and connecting with potential clients nationwide through visual, educational, and strategic content tailored to their target audience.
We also ran lead generation campaigns with messages and targeting aligned to customer profiles.
This approach was successfully adapted for Cercasel Colombia’s social channels, allowing the brand to connect more effectively with the local audience and strengthen its international footprint.
3. Cercasel App
As part of their digital evolution, we proposed and developed the Cercasel App—a tool that allows users to create realistic photo montages with Cercasel products in their own spaces.
This innovation has become a powerful asset both at the point of sale and in customer decision-making, positioning Cercasel as a user-centered brand.
